Elementary school is not a joke.

As we grow older and older, our souls become even more corrupted and closed-in due to the feeling of doubt. In elementary school, we were taught to be respectful and kind. To share and help those who are in needs; and most importantly, to be honest towards oneself and others. So why did we forget all of these important things? Some can say that it’s due to the working of time but I believe it’s the outside world trying to corrupt us. As we grow older, more people would tell us that elementary school is a “joke”, that everything we have ever learned is trash and insignificant. But how can that be true? Honesty, faith, kindness, respectfulness; all those things are so much more important than what we try to learn in high school. Elementary school is not a joke and just because an adult tell us so does not mean that it’s true. Remember to believe in the innocence of Elementary school for it is the place that teaches us how to be an honorable person.
